Entry Fees:

Classes 1 - 6 : R135 per class

Classes 7 - 14: R155 per class

Class 15 : Super Clean Team Gambler Stakes Event, R150 per team.

Entry fee includes medical levy, course designer levy, EDS levy and SASJ Levies

SASJ Levies are: Pony Riders/A/YR 60-80CM R10.00, A/YR 90CM-1.00M R 15.00, A/YR 1.10 - 1.25M R30.00, Open A/YR R46.50, and EDS Levy: R4.50 per Class

No Entry will be accepted without payment confirmation
Please register yourselves and your horses on www.sashowjumping.co.za to enter our show online.  If you paying via bank transfer you need to attach your deposit slip to your entry on checkout.  Once you have entered the show you will receive an email confirmation of your entry- no confirmation, no entry!

Ground Levy R120.00 per class

NOTES:

1. All jumping competitions will be conducted under FEI and SASJ rules.

2. Substitutions of horse and rider only must be made on the form provided and given to the organising committee 30 mins before the start of the event in question

3. Any changes made to the programme at the show either by moving up or down a level will be at the discretion of the organising committee. Please note that HC's are no longer allowed.

4. All horses must have a valid FEI or SAEF passport available for inspection.

5. All protests must be addressed to the ground jury in writing accompanied by a deposit of R400 for provincial classes and R500 for CSN classes.

6. Dual Status riders will have no allowance made to the timetable in the event of a clash in classes and no refund of entry fee will be made.

7. Entries overall per day will be restricted to the first 90 horses per day. Right of admission for any retailers is reserved. Bookings must be made before the show.

8. NO DOGS ALLOWED

10. Entry form must be faxed or emailed with proof of payment

11. The organisers reserve the right to limit, cancel, postpone or divide classes. Refunds for cancellation or postponement will be made after deducting the administration levy and or entries to cover direct costs.

12. Sponsors, Owners and Riders, Horses or Ponies must be registered with the SAEF/ SASJ for the 2013/2014 subscription year as at the closing date of entry. Entries out of order at closing date will be forfeited.

13. All stallions must have a yellow disc on both sides of the bridle or have a yellow ribbon in the tail

14. No use of paddocks, lunge arenas or arenas other than those demarcated for the use of the show are to be used – under penalty of disqualification

15. ENTRIES MUST BE PAID BEFORE CLOSING DATE – ENTRIES NOT PAID BY CLOSING DATE OF ENTRY WILL BE DISCARDED

16. Jumping classes will be run at 350M/Min unless conditions necessitate a change.PR0.60, PR0.70,PR0.80, .70, .80 .90cm @ 300M/Min & 1.00m classes will be run at 325M/Min

17. The starting order will be drawn according to SJSA General Regulation Rule Number 01.14.1.3.

18. Abuse of the horse will be strictly prohibited and observed.

19. Late entries will only be accepted if confirmed by organising committee, if you make a payment for a late entry that is not accepted then refund will be less administrative fee of R50.

20. Entries will not be refunded if withdrawn after closing date of entries

21. Entries that are purchased privately must be given to the organising committee at least 24 hrs before the event in question begins; this must be signed by the seller and accompanied by a proper signed form available of  the SA Show Jumping website.

22. The onus is on the competitor to check the program when it is published on the web (Thursday lunchtime) and to ensure that their email address is updated with the KZNSJ office. Any change to the schedule will be published on the web together with the program and a newsflash will be sent out

23. It will be the responsibility of the show holder to contact all riders affected, should any changes to the program be made once the final program is published on the KZNSJ website. www.sashowjumping.co.za

Class 15, The Super Clean Team Gambler Stakes: R5000 prize money sponsored by Super Clean Services. 3 riders per team and the starting height of the fences will be 1m. This class will be the last class on the Sunday 30 November 2014.

Please Note: The Sunday before the show, 23 November 2014, The Oxford Indoor Arena will be open for anyone who would like to come and jump a practice course that will be set up.
