All grades- R200   (SJSA Levy Entry Level 50cm -80cm R10,00 - Novice 90cm-1,00m R15,00 - Medium 1.10m -1.25m R30,00 - Open R46,50 - Ground Levy R30.00, R30.00 Officials, Medical levy R10.00,  EDS Levy R9.00(incl. VAT)

ALL CLASSES: R200.00 entry fee PER CLASS includes the following levies and VAT where applicable:-

R20 late entries levy per class if space permits.
Entry fee refunded less 10% if scratched before closing date. if show cancelled 80% refund

No restriction on no. of horses per competitor can ride per class.

• Entries will be on a “first come, first served” basis. If depositing money, use riders name as payment reference/email details or fax deposit slip with entry. No entries will be deemed “accepted” unless we have received your POP. Entries received late or unaccompanied by the correct fee will not be accepted.

Please confirm via email that we received your entry. Competitors are required to be correctly dressed.

• The organizers reserve the right to cancel and/or alter the program should they deem it necessary. Current SASJ, SAEF & FEI show jumping rules will apply to this show. Neither Sunlands, SASJ, FEI, SAEF, nor the show jumping body, its officials or representatives shall in any way be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, appointed officials, the public or their property at the show, caused by or resulting from the show.

• SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions should be made in writing on the correct form (available from SASJ)  at least 24 hours before your show day– these can be emailed to dvrettas@netactive.co.za (Email Subject: Show substitution, “your name”).
