Entries will be restricted to 220 per arena per day.

Only Entries done on the SASJ Online system will be accepted.

Entries close at Midnight on Thursday 30 October 2014. at midnight. No late entries will be accepted.

1. All SAEF, FEI, SASJ and Kyalami Park Club, hereafter referred to as KPC, Rules shall apply. Entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fees will be discarded immediately as the process of following up non payments or lack of Proof of Payments is time consuming and costs KPC money.  The onnus lies with the competitors/guardians to ensure POP is suppplied with entries.

2. NB All competitors not registerd with KPC will pay an extra R300 Ground Levy.

3. All dogs must be on lead - it is preferred that you leave your doigs at home. Owners /Handlers of Dogs not on a lead will be fined R500.

4. Catering will be available. See meal options for Grooms and Riders.

5. Hard hats to be worn by anyone mounted on a horse.
