Please Use This Entry Form For Ungraded Classes Only – Enter Online For Graded Classes – Please Note Pr 60 And Yr/Adult 70 Are Graded Classes. SASJ national classes are as follows:  70cm & 80cm are R150 90cm & 1m are R170 1:10m and up are R180 per class.  All Graded Pony Rider Classes will cost R125 per entry (including the following levies: R4.50 EDTS levy, R10 SASJ levy and R20 admin levy).  All ungraded classes will cost R105 (including R10 SASJ Levy and R4.50 EDTS levy R20 admin levy.) Junior and Adult Classes: All 80cm classes will cost R130 (including the following levies: R4.50 EDTS levy, R10 SASJ levy R20 admin levy).  All 90cm/1m classes will cost R135 including the following levies: R4.50 EDTS levy, R15 SASJ levy R20 admin levy).  All 1:10m and 1:20m classes will cost R145 per entry (including the following levies: R4.50 EDTS levy, R30 SASJ levy R20 admin levy).  All open classes (ie above 1:20m) will cost R155 per entry (including the following levies: R4.50 EDTS levy, R46.50 SASJ levy R20 admin levy).

A minimum of 40% prize money will be paid out to all classes
after levies have been deducted. Rosettes for ungraded classes.


Terms And Conditions
  1. We regret that no horse may enter the show without a horse flu vaccination and AHS, please complete details (date & batch number) on entry form.
  2. NO refunds/credits will be made in respect of cancellations and scratchings after closing date of entries.
  3. Times will be up on the notice board 24 hours prior to the commencement of a show, and the final programme will be e mailed to all members of the PERC.  Non-Members may send the club secretary an e-mail requesting the programme and it will be forwarded.  NO times will be given over the phone.
  4. Please Note: the Organizing Committee reserves the right to combine, vary, divide or cancel classes if insufficient entries are received.  .
  5. Insofar as possible, the program and conditions relating thereto will be adhered to.  However, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to make alterations in the event of unfavorable weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances and should the show be cancelled for any reason only 50% of entry fees will be refunded.  No entries will be refunded if the show is postponed.
  6. The PERC, the organizers and any officials appointed by these shall in no way be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury sustained by owners, competitors, members of the public or any other person or persons or their property at the PE Riding Club for the duration of show.
  7. In all jumping classes juniors and adults will be combined.
  8. Depending on entries; classes may be combined and/or handicapped and separate prizes will not be awarded. This applies to jumping and dressage classes.
  9. Any entry fees for classes include the following levies:  SHOW JUMPING: Levy (80cm and ungraded classes R10, 90cm/1m R15, 1:10/1:20m R30 and Open R46.50) R4.50 EDTS Levy per class.
  10. By entering a stallion at the PERC, the competitor & owner agree to the following conditions & agree to abide by the following protocol:
    1. Competition stallions remain the responsibility of the owner & rider at all times & they are expected to have public liability against any loss, injury or damage that might be caused by the stallion.
    2. It is the responsibility of the owner & rider to ensure that the stallion cannot exit the stable allocated to it on its own/or with the help of another horse or uninformed person.
    3. The stallion may only be removed from the stable during the show for exercise & preparation/competition & only in the presence of a responsible handler or rider.
    4. Under NO circumstances shall the covering of mares be allowed to take place at the PERC premises.
    5. All stallions must wear a yellow tag on their bridle’s at all times.
  11. PLEASE NOTE:  THE GRADED ARENAS AT THE CLUB ARE CLOSED FROM THE CLOSING DATE OF ENTRIES, THIS EXCLUDES THE WARM-UP ARENAS.
  12. The show holding body of the PERC reserves the right to limit entries, depending on the total number of entries received per class.

Please note that a horse may only compete in 3 show jumping rounds per day.
SPECIAL RULES:  SASJ NATIONAL COMPETITIONS will apply.
No horse may compete in a lower height than that they may have jumped in the last past 12 months irrespective of whether they earned any grading points or not.  ie if you have jumped 1:05m you may not enter the 1m SASJ national class - you will have to enter the 1:10m classes
