Terms And Conditions
Neither SAEF, SASJ, FEI, Highveld Equestrian Club and Sponsors nor any other person or body connected with organising the Event, will be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by owners, competitors, members of the public or any other person, or their property, connected with the Event.
The Organising Committee reserves the right to change, combine, divide or cancel a class should this become necessary due to insufficient or excessive entries.
Whilst the published show programme will be adhered to as far as possible, the Organising Committee reserves the right to make such alterations as it deems necessary due to weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
If cancellation is due to exceptionally inclement weather or for veterinary reasons, a 20% administration levy may be deducted from the entry fees to cover costs borne by the Showholding body.
